Basic - $7.95
Comes with a 30 second greeting, an unlimited number of 60 second in length messages that are retained for 4 days from the date the message is left.Basic Plus - $10.00
Comes with a 60 second greeting, an unlimited number of 60 second in length messages that are retained for 7 days from the date the message is left.Premium - $15.00
Comes with a 60 second greeting, an unlimited number of 120 second in length messages that are retained for 14 days from the date the message is left.Premium Plus - $20.00
Comes with a 120 second greeting, an unlimited number of 180 second messages that are retained for 28 days from the date the message is left.Business Premium - $25.00
This service is designed for a business application. Messages are only removed when you delete them. The greeting can be any length. The messages left can be any length. We set a maximum length on the greeting and messages to five minutes. This can be changed at no charge. Other charges will apply to this type of service as stated below in more detail.Paging Service
Paging service calls a pager or a phone and beeps as an alert that you have received a message. It is billed at 5 cents per minute, most pages are 2-3 cents per page.WhereAmI® Service
WhereAmI service calls when a message is left at your Universal Number Service. It then plays the message to you over the phone. It is billed at 5 cents per minute.Call Transfers
Call transfer occur when you press 4 when you are listening to a message or if your Universal Service is set to transfer callers live to you. It is billed at 5 cents per minute.All Universal Numbers can provide, via Scripting and IVR, the following Call Management Features:

Adding this service to your U# account along with the ability to e-mail your voice mail messages as .wav files, increases your flexibility by allowing you to check your voice mail and e-mail messages in one place. This is a great feature for those who travel frequently or use the U# service as a virtual office.
